WebAlerter is a web based service. You dont need to download or install any software.

| How often does WebAlerter check my websites? |
WebAlerter checks your websites at your predefined intervals (every 1/5/15/30/60 minutes)
which can selected based on your subscribed package.

| What happens when WebAlerter detects downtime of my websites? |
If WebAlerter detects any downtime, you will be instantly notified via your selected notification
medias (Email, SMS, Instant Messengers, HTTP-POST API).

| How do I know if my websites are back online? |
When WebAlerter detects downtime, it will continue monitoring your websites to check
if they are accessible again. You will be notified instantly when your websites are back online.

| Can I monitor multiple websites? |
Yes you can. However it depends on your subscribed package.

| Can WebAlerter send downtime/uptime notifications to multiple contacts? |
Yes. You can specify multiple notification contacts/medias for each of your websites.

| Can I customize notification alerts? |
At this point, you can only customize subjects of email alerts.

| Can I show site certificate & uptime statistics to visitors on my websites? |
Yes. You can show site certificate & uptime statistics to your visitors from your websites.

Historical data of monitoring reports are available for period of 2 years.
